A 100% National Company located in Tabatinga, São Paulo’s countryside, Brasil Citrus is an whole orange juicer processor, established in a tradicional farm. The first evaluation of the fruit is still in the orchard and is important to verify if it is with the perfect mature grade for the harvest;
After that, the fruits are collected carefully, and sent to the industry, where they go through the first manual selection. Following, they are washed, sanitised and go to a second evaluation;
After that, the fruits are sent to extraction and pasteurizaria, and the juice is filed in different option of packaging;
Extraction, filtration, pasteurisation, stocking in cooled tanks and packaging of the juice are all part of a mechanical process with close monitoring of the quality control department;
Following, the production is stocked accordingly with the sort of conservation required: the aseptic packaging remains in ambient temperature; while the others remain in refrigeration;
The transport of Brasil Citrus juice is realised through cooled/isothermal vehicles, aiming to maintain the quality from start to end. This is made by his taylor-made logistics system, to its needs.
